COVID protocols were non-existent. Leadership treated a global pandemic like an optional suggestion. Layoffs are annual. Yes, every single year. It’s not a matter of if, but when. Leadership is out-of-touch and out-of-town, phoning in decisions with zero understanding of the LA office.
