Terrible management.
- Important decisions are taken only by C-levels without discussing anyone relevant, like team restructure, project management changes etc.
- They left Scrum in one night, and switched literally to "None". There is no naming for the new project management. They had just the feeling that "It was inefficient". No measurement, no improvement plan. They just wanted to change it, and changed it.
- They fired many developers including me in one day without any notice with the reason "organizational restructure". Middle managers was not informed in advance about this lay-off.

So if you want to be part of this "Journey to zero", be aware: you will be the one who will become "zero" in that journey eventually.
