Pros
The operations team is very collaborative and friendly. You can encounter very interesting situations on a daily basis. Shiftwork can be good for someone studying. I would say a good job if you are finishing a degree or would like to use it to segway into somewhere else!
Cons
The operations team are treated as the lowest of the low. Overworked and under-appreciated. The current general manager manages a team of approx 40 people and does not know most of their names and is out of touch with the case load. There is also very little room for career growth within the company. Management also promises growth and talk up potential for upward movement and opportunities but no action is ever taken into investing back into their team.
