Workload is consistently high, as team is constantly understaffed, due to high turnover, leading to unrealistic expectations… A very vicious cycle. Compensation is DEFINITELY not aligned with the intensity & responsibility of the role, you feel like you’re doing 3 people jobs at once. The pace & pressure if definitely not going to work for most people long term. NO opportunity for progression, at all.
