Pros
Recently moved from a large international insurance company (who shall remain nameless) to the privately owned, even more international, travel/security risk management company International SOS & couldn't be happier with the decision. This is a company with a strong session of mission that is shared by everyone in the business. There is minimal politics - everyone is totally focused on the end customer & helping each other to be successful!
Cons
I seriously can't think of any! Yes we work long hours but it truly doesn't feel like a job when you're doing something meaningful & work with such great colleagues!
