-If things are not going good the newest person will be "the fall guy". -Too many meetings just make people feel important not to actually discuss work. -Too much gossip and whispering about other employees...this is not high school! -Extremely hard to do your work with a half functioning computer....IT is always swamped with work and it may take awhile to get fixed. -Trying to work with certain departments to get answers to clients questions can be a nightmare.
