Pros
I can find no good reason why anyone would want to work for this organisation. The company sells a duty of care product to employers but fails to comply with this in practice themselves.
Cons
CEO is a dictator. Group CFO is the same. It is a horrible place to work with stress levels beyond all stress. HR is a joke. Recruitment is an ever bigger joke.CEO works 18 hours a day and is a vile individual in my opinion. A culture of dictatorship and micro management. Someone else posted "like mafia" in my opinion I concur Arnaud Vassie on the other hand is a man of integrity and fairness
