Pros

There are almost no Pros, the only one maybe being "fruit" Wednesdays, otherwise, we even have to buy our own tea...

Cons

Terrible, horrible management. When you do something wrong, you get reviews and bonuses out, when you do something OK, only a plain "thank you". Salary is very low compared to extreme expectations of your bosses. If I would knew that, I would have never applied there... You get so many work that you dont know where to start, but your TeamLeader does nothing, the same goes for upper management. There is virtualy no chance of salary raise and promotion, as the managements is holding tight their place where they do nothing

Interesting work, good people, decent work life balance, sometimes

Cons

Changes rules and procedures more than I change pants, but consistently does not fix outdated systems and processed
