Supervisors choose who they want to proceed They use Bradford factor. Redundant, very. Long process to get where you need to Min 6 months of constant learning Very learning intensive Tiers. Min 12 months to get to the last tier, which is up to the discretion of supervisors and they all have there own way of doing things. Which is very detrimental to your learning. Turn over in access of 90 people per year. They hire training groups of 20 min. at least 5 times a year You either make it, or don’t, and this is spilt based on what supervisor you get. 0 carer growth. It’s a contact centre gig, that’s it. Internal teams pay 15% below market for entry level rolls.
