Pros
I worked in one of Intralink's Asian offices and really enjoyed the environment. I can hardly remember a day when I was dreading coming to the office. The set of projects we were offered was diverse which was never boring. Good team spirit.
Cons
Limited growth opportunities: as you move up the ladder, the nature of your work does not change and this gets old after a while. The company's founder is not a bad person but quite old school, and the team surrounding him lacks diversity (older, white males). As a result, you have to deal with occasional sexism, mostly harmless but I witnessed a few discriminatory situations my fellow female colleagues encountered that were BAD.
