Pros
Intralink offered me exposure to a lot of different industries at a rapid pace, taught me to deliver commercial results and how to hold my own when selling to some of the biggest companies in the world. All of these are skills that have served me very well since. One year at Intralink can be the equivalent of 3-5 years at another company. If you think and learn quickly, this is the right company for you. Despite the pace of the work, the culture is quite good in terms of hours, diversity and room to fail.
Cons
During my time at Intralink, the projects got to be increasingly technical and clients increasingly demanding, which took a bit away from some of the elasticity I benefited from early on in that there's more specialty now. The job requires a ton of flexibility, you might start a project with 24 hours notice in an industry where you know nothing.
