Pros

The people I worked with were great. - okay flexibility with WFH, but some people are able to WFH full time while others aren't allowed more then a couple of days a week.

Cons

Way below average pays, I was paid $20,000 less then Aus average and it is extremely hard to get a pay rise. - Overworked and under appreciated - Will continue to add more work but no pay/expected to take on other roles that are "in line with your experience" with no extra pay, and instead of Intuit hiring more staff - Senior leadership are over paid - Managers are two faced - No room for growth or promotions - was given an old laptop/work set up that barely worked - The gossip is like being in at school again - the on site/field people get even worse "perks" driving around in run down cars and treated badly by the rest of the business

Pros

Great IT career starter or learning opportunity to move to private if you are willing to take the pay cut from public sector to move into private sector.

Cons

- Hardly liveable single income wage - You will be viewed as a cog in the machine by everyone - You will be assigned to a rotating roster of shifts with a 4 hour variance in start time and be subject to daylight savings adjusted start time due to the head office being located in Hobart. - You are required to juggle the service queue, your own service queue (SLAs), phone presence and management/Account manager special requests. - A previous veteran of 5 years didn’t get a raise in those 5 years
