Pros
I am in the Invensys Software business. The whole company was acquired by Schneider-electric now. The Software division has a bunch of good software. In general, people are fun to work with. The compensation is not up to the bar with major MNC. Promotion opportunity is there, but not in software business.
Cons
Lack of marketing support. Too many "directors" who are talking but not working. AOP was set based on shareholder demands not pipeline review result.
