Pros
Nothing except the office looks spic and span and has good infrastructure in place.
Cons
1)Company is managed by some highly eccentric people who think that their dikdat should be the last word and anybody not accepting it should be harassed virtually in every possible way! 2)Company presents a very rosy picture to prospective candidates whether its about pay , projects or US tours, the views are actually very inflated and somebody joining the company feels trapped very soon. 3)Company is run by some family members of a certain person, who has no professional exposure to the roles they are playing and are having a good time only because of their connection. 4)Indian employees are treated as labourers and company stoops to lowest levels for cost cutting. e.g work from home but pay for your own internet and phone usage!!! 5)No work life balance and nothing done to boost morale of employees 6)The minute you resign, company wants you to stop coming from the next day, so that you dont brainwash other existing employees about your plight!!! 7)Last but not the least, highly unprofessional company thriving on with petty politics
