The founder of the company is, absolutely, one of the best people I know. Deeply cares about staff, considerate and calculated in ensuring a safe and balanced work environment.

I simply didn't have a negative experience. There's always challenges working with teams, but nothing that I would consider a "con".

One of the best things about working for Iterate has been the encouragement I've received - I have an extremely reliable support system and I feel comfortable asking about pretty much anything whether it be job-related, outside of work, or even personal. No matter who I am talking to I know that I'll be treated with respect and as an equal, which is great for boosting my confidence. I've been encouraged to go out and do my own research and teach myself many things, which, truthfully, has resulted in a much more comprehensive grasp on everything. If I were given a manual to follow word for word I don't think I would have internalized everything as much as I have, and I have the freedom to approach my role in this company with my own style. Learning about digital marketing has been a blast with these fine people and I hope to remain here for a long time.
