      Pros

      The benefits, while not as good as years past, continue to be very good with access to healthcare providers. Salary is good, and the people are awesome. The product is pretty decent, and while it can take some time to get ramped up, is pretty solid. Management is really decent, they are great communicators about the company vision and where they want to go.

      Cons

      Smaller company, and so advancement opportunities are limited. Openings for good jobs are pretty rare. A complex product suite can take some time to get up to speed on.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
