      Pros

      It used to be a fun company until about 2 years ago then it started branching out with new products and everyone has been spread too thin. Otherwise there is no good reason to work at LANDesk, it's a job.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and investment in the people. the willingness to something right versus minimum standards and a falling expectation of excellence in the workplace.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
