Worst sales culture and leadership I have ever seen. Sales exec brought his buddies in from another company in 2016/17, which specialized in commodity sales. This is also how they view their reps/and field managers, as commodities. Style is micromanagement, through fear and mistrust. Lack of respect for management led to the highest attrition I have ever seen by far, even on top of the layoffs due overlapping positions with all the acquisitions. This left almost zero sales support and a salesforce in which over 70% had less than one year at the company. Basically, barely anyone who knew the products that well. 3 hour daily pipeline calls at quarter end of quarter were useless and a waste of time. Sales execs screwed up company so bad, they hired a consulting company to try to put out the dumpster fire. All this led to was more unexpected layoffs with even less support.
