      Pros

      Ivanti values employees and rewards them through bonuses that are not on your written in a comp plan! Ivanti employees work harder, smarter and faster! Opinions are encouraged, your enabled to push forward, budgets are healthy and people really do like each other here. The ELT and employees are spirited, driven and really do care about moving our employees, customers and company forward. Internal opportunities abound, Ivanti hires from within, even if you don't have the relevant experience required, the company wants to keep great people!

      Cons

      You need to be able to be flexible and able to adapt, this company is moving fast and people must be able to adjust to an environment that is fluid, which means that you can feel overwhelmed. Not an especially diverse community, but company is working to improve

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
