Customer Service - Customer Representative Ivanti Employee Review

Were to start. This place lies about everything! Work life balance(is a joke) they preach at the begging but then for month end or quarter end you were saying some days 16 hours including holiday's and weekends. i guess if you live in Europe it's probably not as bad as the US positions, because it's illegal in those countries to work people to the bone but not here. So guess who had to make up for them having regular hours that's right the US people. Didn't matter if we had all been profitable as a company for 6 months and the CEO get's on these all hands meeting and says how well everyone did, but then you see people getting laid off left and right,(one day like 9 upper management were let go so all you see is empty office spaces.) or worse quitting because this place is a "what have you done for me latley" type of atmosphere. So if your job depends on someone else you need to communicate with but then all of a sudden half the office if gone and your expected to still do your #'s.
