Pros
Ivanti had a lot of areas to improve at the beginning of 2021. The company of course has lots of opportunity for improvement in the new year. The leadership team has new members and truly transformed into a transparent and open door philosophy team. This has helped to improve company culture, DEI initiatives, creativity and so much more over this last year. Ivanti lives, breathes and thrives off of fully remote teams worldwide and it’s highly successfully. I’ve experienced nothing but work life balance.
Cons
Some teams are small so that means lean teams having to work passionately to get things done. I’ve always thrived in this setting but it can be challenging at times. If you’re okay working 6 hours some days and 8-10 hours other days then this is the place for you.
