      Pros

      Ivanti is a company that is growing at pace and you should find you have plenty of new challenges. I worked with some extremely skilled people and learnt a lot there. Many job roles are offered with flexible working options. There's a good level of investment in tools and technology to get the job done.

      Cons

      A lot of acquisitions has meant that the focus is often on "just get it to work" rather than producing quality. My experience was that some people work all day and barely rest but this is not seen as a negative thing. People should be supported to work smarter rather than encouraged to just harder.

      Thank you for your feedback. Ivanti has had a significant amount of acquisitions and sometimes that causes some mixing of different responsibilities. The good news is we are constantly working through these changes to continue to improve employee experience.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
