      Pros

      -They take care of their employees -Great atmosphere -Offers a challenge -awesome co-workers I have loved my time at landesk. There is a steep learning curve, but i enjoy a challenge

      Cons

      i can't say that I have any real cons to list. Maybe sometimes it can get frustrating when processes get stuck. Or occasionally it is high stess

We do our best to keep processes moving quickly and not place too much stress on employees, but also understand that this can happen during various times of the year or through different projects.       Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
