Pros
Work from home benefit. Global company
Cons
Unfortunately, my experience with Ivanti has been overwhelmingly negative. The management style is deeply entrenched in hierarchy and micromanagement, creating an environment where employees feel suffocated and undervalued. COO, CPO, CMO = ego-centric. Ideas are routinely dismissed, and there is a pervasive sense of favoritism towards certain individuals, often based on personal relationships rather than merit, especially in Marketing. Nepotism runs rampant, further exacerbating feelings of inequity among the workforce and promoting wrong people or friend/family. So many individuals in similar roles and an abundance of busy work, especially within the marketing team. It feels like there's a missed opportunity for growth and learning. Hiring five people for one job doesn't just seem inefficient; it also leaves employees feeling stagnant and unfulfilled. The culture is toxic, characterized by a "boys and gals club" mentality that excludes those who do not fit into the inner circle and it comes from the executive leadership. Dissent is not tolerated, and any attempts to challenge the status quo are swiftly shut down. It operates more like a dictatorship than a collaborative workplace, with little regard for employee well-being or professional growth. Overall, Ivanti leverages social media to promote WFH and great culture perks, but the reality hits you when you experience a cutthroat environment where individual success is prioritized over teamwork and mutual support. I would caution anyone considering employment here to think carefully about the potential impact on their career satisfaction.
