      Interesting domain Good technical and product team Decent brand recognition

      Cons

      No relation to what was the job description, interview discussions and actual work. Mostly updating reports and checking ADO for updates and following up with people People who have spent few years in the team are looking to survive by projecting lot of work and responsibilities but all they do is run meetings and send recordings Team leadership is pathetic and completely out of touch with what is happening in industry Toxic team culture where voices will be put down and people are always looking to bring others down.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
