Pros

No micro managing and consistent work

Cons

Obvious trucks (international and freightliner) the worst! Slow trucks governed at the pedal 62 mph and cruise control 65mph , driver facing cameras. And while every other company gave raises or boosted their pay structure because of war and inflation, Jbhunt choose not to give raises at all

Pros

- Hybrid working agreement - since RTO was initiated in 2024 post-COVID (4 years lock down full WFH) return to office for 3 days a week. Flexible if ill, etc. - work-life balance improved, most teams are on anytime cycles (previous reviews I seen here show negatively Fridays only, not the case in 80% of cases)

Cons

- RTO enforced, it put a cloud over heads - Sudden Reorgs are not ideal, especially without good reason (just told it is good opportunity)

Pros

Drivers are amazing. If you as a manager are kind to the drivers, you will get respect in return. Management wise, not so great. Company has nice pay for a starter job and great benefits.

Cons

Operations managers and above run the show in sketchy ways. I was constantly retaliated against because I simply knew the rules and the upper management was doing some sketchy stuff. I ended up quitting because it got so bad. I was one if the most tenured managers there and I requested a new schedule and was shut down several times. I was always told to just give it time. We'll I gave it plenty of time and things only got worse. Upper management didnt seem to care about the TM's or drivers. For a company founded by drivers for drivers, they need to do better overall.
