      Consistent work but slow trucks and no raises

      No micro managing and consistent work

      Cons

      Obvious trucks (international and freightliner) the worst! Slow trucks governed at the pedal 62 mph and cruise control 65mph , driver facing cameras. And while every other company gave raises or boosted their pay structure because of war and inflation, Jbhunt choose not to give raises at all

      Shortage of empty trailers, lack of transparency of drivers and dispatchers job roles and responsibilities
