Pros
I really love working for J4 Systems for several reasons. One reason is that the engineering team is extremely high level making it easy for me as a sales professional to deliver promises made to clients. Management is extremely hands on, but also allows input and encourages idea sharing. I never feel micromanaged or under valued. We also have a strong reputation and client base which I believe is integral for success in this industry. My compensation and benefit package is competitive. Expenses and bonuses have always been paid on time, which is something I haven't experienced in the past. Overall, it's been a great experience working with the whole team.
Cons
Other then hitting the lottery and retiring to the Caribbean, I can't think of a better place to be working right now. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about J4 Systems.
