none that i can think of

JBM is great for people getting out of prison. They are great at giving second chances for their entry level machine operator job. It’s hard to move past that role though. For those that do, there is a lot of pressure to perform to the highest standards.

Pay is terrible and you can make double what the starting wage around the corner at any of the other manufacturing companies in the area.
