Pros
Good communication. Strong and caring leadership. A transformed culture - a completely different company to just four years ago. We have OneTeam champions that run fun events (lots run online now using Teams - everyone welcomed) from book groups to gardening clubs, pre-Covid had nights out), quiz nights, running clubs. If you want to set up your own club you will be welcomed to. This is a place that values good ideas and there are lots of opportunities to have your voice heard. There is a feeling of enthusiasm in the place - a feeling that we are working at the cutting edge and real pride in our products and our service to our customers. This is genuinely a great place to work with great colleagues and I couldn't have written such a glowing report four years ago - it really has changed.
Cons
Expectations are high, sometimes too high and the workload can be overwhelming. In the past, the Board has sometimes been out of step with what employees want - but they are trying to put that right with lots of surveys, feedback, listening groups going on. This is a company that has and is transforming.
