1. No diversity, 99% one race sales team, you only find diversity in operations that work in the warehouse. 2. Poor communication 3. Low Pay 4. No room for growth in NYC office 5. Poor managers/direction 6. High Turnover 7. No advancement in technology, if you wear sunglasses in the summer you don't see the digital ads on the bus shelters in NYC because of poor quality screens in sunlight.
