We have over 7,000 online courses and in-house training available to employees to help them achieve success in their current roles and elevate to future roles. In 2018, 12% of our employees moved into new roles of higher accountability. When positions are vacated, either from employees moving into new roles within the company or outside of the company, responsibilities may be distributed between the team members or to a temporary employee to maintain continuity of service until the position is filled.
JK has a very rich benefit offering that includes both a safe harbor contribution to 401k regardless of the employee contribution and a profit sharing plan. Medical, dental, and vision insurance offers multiple plan options for employees to choose the plan that works best for their family. Paid Time Off (PTO) is based on years of service and the first increase to PTO accrual rate is at 2 years. Other benefits include paid holidays, service awards, tuition reimbursement, Company-paid life insurance, on-site exercise classes, and wellness programs.
