      Good pay. Easy job. Laid back environment.

      Cons

      The HR and upper management were all friends, lovers, even married! So whenever anyone had a problem there was no recourse. It was very messy there and if you wasn’t in the click they made it hard for you.

      Company is private-equity owned, so there will be a new owner at some point and new owner could take things in a different direction.
