Good luck finding a chair that works. This company does keep any commitments (clients or employees). Extreme technical debt. Imagine a couple of people just throwing code at the wall for 10 years trying to see what "sticks", that would be better. Burnout culture. Toxic blame culture. The company values look good, but leadership does not keep their own values. Outside hires instead of internal promotions.
