Pros
Friendly company, good management, understanding of needs, flexible. Do not expect the unrealistic from you as so many retailers do. Would happily work for them again.
Cons
Very 'John Lewis' in way if working. Can be restrictive on creativity. Can sometime be almost too polite in their way of working (good or bad depending how you look on it).
