Working in the call centre for John Lewis because capita bought the contract you're treated like you're not actually working for John Lewis at all, you're a number, personal circumstances don't matter, want to swap your shift so you can put your 2 year old to bed on Christmas Eve? Well don't bother working for these, although it was literally 1 call an hour and only 3 or 4 members of staff where probably needed, you either stay until 10pm or leave! I've never worked for a company like it, and never will again, John Lewis provide number one customer service? Yes because the advisors giving that service are treated like dirt to do so!
