Pros

Good pay and benefits. Strong local management. New CEO. Strong resources to make life productive and easier.

Cons

Lots of hoops to jump through to get things done. HVAC service at branch level is not what it should be. Finding what you need from the 100's off Apps the company uses can be challenging.

Pros

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
