Pros

Flexible work hours, benefits, Home office

Cons

Low pay which they try to compensate by 13th salary which they split in monthly payments, but not in trial period, not in termination period (so it’s never actually 13th salary. Ridiculously high workload, they make you set goals you work towards so you can get salary increase or promotion. Even if all goals are met they start making excuses and try to blame it on you. Management is basically invisible no support, but they appear when micromanagement is working for them, all you made the most minor mistake like not including someone in copy making big issue out of it. Very tiring to babysit your managers feelings. I gave notice recently not one person was interested why or if they could keep me no. I received recognition not on one occassion for my work but that is never a reason to make your conditions better. Plus if you decide to leave they cut all your benefits and make you “pay” for your decision. Very toxic environment full of adult children that are petty.
