Pros
Some great people to work with. Benefits package was great. My salary was really good. My commute was excellent
Cons
The people they put in management positions were micro managers, they were disrespectful and downright mean. The work had grown but they didn't increase the staff to do the work and got mad at all of the employees for not being able to keep up. HR was non existent. And when you went to the VP she pretended to care but she really didn't. There's very much a feeling of "be happy you have a job now go do it" in that office. I have to say I'm very happy to be out of there!
