      Great multicultural company. You can growth a lot as a professional in this company as everyday is a change from the former.

      Cons

      -Financial vision overlaps core business and delivery. -High ups management don't understand the core business and made poor judgment decision based over fast ROI and that backfires over time. -Internal power factions prevent good people to go up in the ladder.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
