Pros
The weekly pay checks, the friendships built.
Cons
The culture is bad. To begin with everyone is there to work and accomplish the same goal, whether one person been there 1 year or 15 years. YET there is a tier 1 which gets paid better than the tier 2. And there is no pay scale that allows tier 2 to eventually catch up. Management is horrible! They hire people from the floor to supervise without the educational requirements to fulfill the position. All leaders need some type of management course that teaches them the responsibilities needed to successfully supervise a shift. The supervisors are not in sync which creates a mess on the floor. AND THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS.. No vacation days to use for the first two years and no sick days and this is a manual labor job.
