Pros

There are really none that come to mind

Cons

HR functions outsourced to other providers who don't care if you are helped or not. Pay and other benefits are not that good. The top executives get big bonuses each year while the workers get their annual merit increases delayed because "we are not profitable enough". The IT infrastructure is horrible, the internet access is super slow and there are no IT resources to help with any PC or network problems.
