Pros

Pay was better than average. PTO is good. Will actually train you.

Cons

Director and above in IT are terrible. If you are not part of the "in" crowd your opinion is worthless. Many people in positions they are not qualified for and only get there by default over time. Everyone protects their territory like it is life and death. Lots of talk about innovation and collaboration but they don't walk - the - walk. Always looking for a tool to replace common sense and good work habits.

Pros

Great employees, people, and pay. Excellent 401k match

Cons

Nothing, slow moving upper management but that’s at every large company

Pros

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
