Pros

That I am leaving! I chose to leave because I don't want to be part of any toxic workplace anymore!Redundancies every few months so they meet target on budget

Cons

Service- WORST! No customer service training!! None of their staff know how to speak to customers! Management- Cliques! During the redundancies if you were part of the clique you were safe no matter what. A fellow employee here left to the COMPETITOR Ultimate Security and the boss took him back! Management have no education and is so old school. Staff- Great people in general like every place Systems- OLDEST SYSTEMS! A1 secuirty bunker? Sure but they have oldest systems ever! Get with genesys!! using Avaya like early 2000s. WHAT A JOKE! Training- What training? You sit there and look at the screen! 8 hours

Pros

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
