      Preaches great values - integrity and sustainability among them Good people with which to work Reasonable compensation and good benefits, except for skimpy vacation

      Cons

      Can be very short focused - today's stock price can drive inane decisions Goals are not aligned - one departments success can drive failure in other parts of the company

      Pros

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
