Pros

WFH, decent benefits, expense account

Cons

Horrible experience. I had forgotten about this horrendous company until I came across some old docs recently. After about 2 years in the company I wanted to try something different. My mgmt did not like that I was applying to other jobs and was threatened with the loss of my job. In the end, I was told to stop applying or be put on a PIP (for no reason- it wasn't due to job performance). I also never got tools to actually do my job and had to constantly borrow tools. Time must be charged to a customer project only and they made sure time was alloted for the most senior employees leaving newer employees with no time to charge. I ended up quitting instead of being put on a PIP that wasn't deserved. Crappy company and management

Pros

Decent base pay and fast paced work makes the days go by quickly. Lately the company has been actually investing in their new product lines ever since Joakim became our CEO.

Cons

The compensation is lacking. No bonuses whatsoever for senior level engineers even when they're recognized as a key contributor on the team. We are given our 401k match on March 1st to cover the previous year's matches so you lose out on a lot of the year's market gains. The healthcare coverage is mediocre at best for a fortune 500 company. The raises are still given like it's 2018; 3% is considered a "good" merit increase. This is due to the "forced distribution" merit increase system where only "so many" people can receives "above expectations" raises.
