      Sometimes the inter department relation not so strong and the team work need to be improved. Also, appreciation and recognition of staffs need to be enhanced.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
