Pros

It was a good team, I enjoyed working on the QA team providing feedback, key plans and advice to all collectors but also to supervisors and managers regarding the performance of the collectors within the process of collecting and documenting all customer's accounts in the intern system.

Cons

The boss I had at the moment wasn't too good at the job. On the human side he always was comprehensive and acceptable of our personal lives and the balance we needed to have within our jobs. But it was a little complicated to follow up on the goals and key performance of the intern projects we had and he sorta wanted to always be the "nice guy" without being the "boss" it was needed some times,

Pros

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
