Zero safety culture. Didn't see a safety person in 5 months working there. They got new immigrants to the country working minimum wage jobs that they are stuck in. The don't speak any English and can't go anywhere else. They are there to work towards permanent residency status. They have they workers signing off on daily job hazard analysis when they can't read or write or speak English. All they can say in English is "speak to supervisor" in the most broken English speech. This place is an accident waiting to happen. Red tape is never to be crossed anywhere I've ever worked. Not this place. I see heavy lifts going on and no tape. Or tape is up and workers still in the danger zone and under suspended loads. Safety is a joke.
