Pros

Some of the best people I've ever met, hybrid WFH model was beneficial to productivity and wellness, very social employees which was good for culture

Cons

No actual care for diversity - what does it matter if you're hiring dozens of POC if they all end up in the lowest roles and half of them end up leaving? Your lack of diversity is evident through your inability to retain diverse employees Also making $20 an hour for carrying the company, being on the frontlines, and knowing the ins and outs of the platform better than any other department wasn't ideal

They provide decent pay.......for a reason.

Cons

-Training was salescentric and had almost no role specific training for CSO. -No support while on a call. -95% of your first weeks or months on the floor will basically be you asking to follow-up because internal and expeditious support is non-existent. -Find the answer yourself culture. Literally Google it. -All throughout training they make you feel like you're not paying attention. -And when you bring this to anyone's attention they act as if it's you and not them.
